Cantilever Bolt On Balconies are an innovative, off-site manufactured, system constructed from high quality, lightweight and non-combustible materials.

Full-face glass blade balustrade system, with no visual welding, and non-combustible materials

  • Multiple colour combinations - facia, glass interlayer and handrails can colour co-ordinate or contrast depending on the architectural choice
  • Typically 30mm wide and sloped internally handrail to improve safety
  • Soffits panels are discreetly sloped to the balcony front for passive water management. Fully drained systems are available if required
  • All parts are serviceable from the balcony surface

Each balcony is built by machine process to use 78% less labour than a traditional balcony.

They’re a decorative feature that does not need planning permission, although relevant Building Regulations must be met. They bolt flush to the wall or can incorporate a small recess for plants. Whichever option you choose, they allow upper floor doors to be opened whilst providing a barrier to prevent people from falling.
